How it works
One rule, enforced on every entry
Save button stays locked
If cash plus transfer does not equal the net total, the Save button stays disabled. You cannot accidentally record a sale that does not balance.
Day end ties out automatically
Open Reports and your daily cash and transfer totals are already split out. Compare to your till and your bank app — they will match.

Why split cash and transfer at all?
Your total sales and your cash in hand are not the same number. Some of today's sales went to your bank. Some stayed in the till. Mixing them means you cannot reconcile at day end.
